Attend a half‑day session specifically designed for Black and Racialized women who regularly deal with microaggressions. These sessions move beyond defining and unpacking experiences of racism and discrimination to focus on solutions within our control—addressing the daily realities of microaggressions while centering collective care and wellness.
What to Expect
Collective reflection: Holding space to unpack the harm caused by microaggressions in workplace and community contexts.
Grounding practices: Incorporating movement practices to release the tension our bodies carry from accumulated harm.
Practical strategies: Exploring tips, tools, and approaches to support physical, mental, and psychological well‑being.
Each session will be co‑facilitated by a registered social worker and offered in an intimate group of approximately 15 participants to ensure meaningful engagement and care.
For Organizations
If your workplace has a sufficient number of Black and racialized staff, a dedicated session can be organized specifically for your team. I would be happy to schedule a call to discuss this option further.
For Individuals
Employees are welcome to register individually for sessions offered through QueensConnected, joining a supportive community of peers committed to healing, growth, and equity
